RealtorIQ is operated by Syfre Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and agency information.
• Content you create — voice commands, contracts, appraisals, notes and other material you generate in the product.
• Connected accounts — where you connect a service such as Google (Calendar, Gmail, Drive and Sheets) or your CRM, the data those services share to perform the actions you request.
• Usage data — how you interact with the product, for reliability and improvement.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, to perform the actions you ask of the assistant, to secure your account, and to communicate with you about the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Google user data

If you connect your Google account, RealtorIQ accesses only the data needed to perform the actions you ask of it: reading and searching your Gmail, sending and drafting email on your behalf, creating and listing calendar events, creating Google Sheets and reading or adding rows to spreadsheets you specify, and searching and reading files in your Google Drive (read-only apart from spreadsheets — we never create, modify or delete other Drive files). We access this data solely to provide user-facing features you invoke; we do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use Google user data to train or improve generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Humans do not read this data except with your permission, where necessary for security or to comply with law, or in aggregated, anonymised form for internal operations.

RealtorIQ’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google access tokens are stored encrypted, are used only to act on your explicit requests, and you can disconnect Google at any time from your settings — which removes our stored tokens. You can also revoke RealtorIQ’s access from your Google account permissions.

Sharing and disclosure

We share information with service providers that help us run RealtorIQ — including AI processing, e-signature, property data and CRM providers — only to deliver the features you use. We may disclose information where required by law.

Data security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and retain it only for as long as needed to provide the service or meet our legal obligations. Tokens for connected accounts are stored securely and can be revoked at any time from your settings.

Your rights

You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you can disconnect any linked account at any time. Contact us to make a request or raise a privacy concern.
